Sales Operations Manager
The Sales Operations Manager will provide leadership and direction to the Sales Operations Group (SOG). This role will enhance team performance, drive operational efficiency, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex business materials, including periodicals, journals, and regulatory guidelines. Ultimately, the goal of the Sales Operations Manager is to guide the SOG in adapting to industry changes, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with current business needs.
Product Manager
As the Product Manager, you will work in a highly collaborative environment on-site at our Stratford, CT headquarters. You will assist with our product roadmap, strategy, and execution of our electronic controls used in commercial appliances. The Product Manager should be dynamic, action-oriented, and comfortable working on a team of on-site and remote collaborators.

Quality Supervisor
As the Quality Supervisor, you will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to build and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS). Collaborate and lead all Quality Engineering activities including certifying our facility for ISO 9001, and address all supplier quality issues. Ensure all quality-related systems are established and documented to provide a safe and effective product. Build sound technical and organizational competence within our area of responsibility and contribute to our Lean journey. Ensure the systems and products comply with applicable government regulations and standards. Comply with all KB quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality engineering/assurance principles.
